Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and civil engineering activities at the site.
- Monitor RCC work, foundations, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.
- Read and understand civil drawings, structural drawings, and BOQs.
- Ensure construction quality and adherence to approved specifications.
- Monitor material usage, labour productivity, and project timelines.
- Assist with quantity estimation, site measurements, and material planning.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Follow construction safety standards and site procedures.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction methods.
- Ability to read civil drawings and calculate quantities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work at construction sites.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
