Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Site supervision, civil construction & field execution.
- Reading civil/structural drawings.
- Quantity estimation, BOQ, BBS & material management.
- Concrete, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry & finishing work.
- Quality control (QA/QC), site safety & contractor coordination.
- Daily site reporting, progress monitoring & problem-solving.
- Must be physically active, proactive, and comfortable with regular outdoor site/field work.
