The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, executing, and supervising civil construction projects to ensure that all activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure productive project execution, optimal resource utilization, and timely completion within the approved budget.

Skills

· Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and building materials. · Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.· Knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works, as applicable. · Quality and safety compliance monitoring.



· AutoCAD – basic to intermediate · Understanding of civil/structural drawings · Quantity estimation and BOQ · Survey and setting-out · Concrete and foundation works · Piling/ramming works · Earthwork and excavation · Road and drainage construction · Cable trench construction · Project scheduling/progress monitoring · Contractor management · QA/QC documentation,· Quality and safety compliance monitoring.

· Knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works, as applicable.
