FOR CIVIL ENGINEERS

About the Role The candidate will coordinate between the design team, factory/production team, architects and site team to ensure that prefab components are manufactured and installed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural and structural drawings.
- Review GA drawings, fabrication drawings and installation drawings.
- Coordinate dimensions, openings, connections and service requirements between architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and material requirements
- Coordinate with the factory/production team for fabrication of prefab components.
- Monitor production quality and dimensional accuracy of prefab components.
- Coordinate transportation, unloading and erection of prefab components at site.
- Supervise site installation, and ensure proper alignment, levels and connections.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects.
- Prepare site measurements, progress reports and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for service openings, sleeves and embedded items.
- Regular site inspections and prepare quality checklists.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Assist in project planning,



scheduling and cost control.
- Coordinate with labour team and work assignments.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, inspection reports and as-built information.

Required Skills
- knowledge of RCC and steel construction.
- Understanding of prefab/modular construction systems.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site execution.
- Good understanding of BOQ and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
