Build the network. Own the operations. Help launch Jaldhara in Jaipur.

We're hiring Jaldhara's first City Operations & Vendor Success Manager.

This isn't a desk-only role. You'll be out in Jaipur, building relationships with local water can and jar vendors and helping make subscription deliveries reliable from day one.

What you'll own

- Find and onboard vendors across Jaipur.
- Build vendor relationships and set service expectations.
- Follow up on subscription requests and fix delivery issues.
- Set up backup vendors, track service quality and visit vendors on the ground.

Who should apply

- Graduates comfortable with fieldwork and an early-stage startup.
- Experience in operations, vendor management, last-mile delivery or field sales. 1+ year preferred; strong freshers are welcome.
- Clear communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.




- A self-starter who can use an app/dashboard to track requests and follow-ups.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Exp : 1-2 Years.

? Jaipur | Full time | Field-based

Compensation based on experience, discussed during the hiring process.

You'll work directly with the founder, with room to grow into leading a larger city operations team as coverage expands.
