Role Description This is a full-time, in office Civil Engineer role based in Raurkela.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil infrastructure plans, preparing technical drawings, and contributing to project specifications. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers and other engineers, assisting with planning and layout of sites, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves performing site visits, monitoring construction activities, addressing technical issues, and supporting stormwater management and drainage solutions.

The Civil

Engineer will also help prepare reports,



maintain project documentation, and support communication with contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess competencies relevant to Civil Engineers, including project coordination and technical problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess planning skills for site layouts, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Working knowledge of engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents, with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site in Raurkela as needed.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, site development, or municipal projects is beneficial.
