Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT infrastructure, including network infrastructure, security, and cloud infra to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement ITSM processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA) by implementing appropriate controls and monitoring systems.
Job Requirements :
- 12-18 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management or related field.
- Robust understanding of cloud infra, ITIL, ITSM, network infrastructure, security principles.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
