About Pixelrio

Pixelrio is a creative studio in Guwahati. We do video editing, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, VFX, branding, social media and SEO for local businesses. scripting, shooting and editing ads and content from start to finish for brands in Guwahati and the Northeast.

The creative work is robust and the demand is there. What we need now is a partner who makes sure every project is planned, tracked, delivered on time and profitable.

About the role

This is a founding-team role. You will be the growth and business engine of Pixelrio: generate leads through SEO and digital marketing, turn them into retainer clients, and manage the operations and finances behind them. You will work alongside the founder and a creative co-founder, with real decision power in your area and a real stake in the company.

What you will do

SEO and marketing

- Build and run Pixelrio’s own SEO and digital marketing: website, Google Business Profile, local SEO, content and Meta and Google ads
- Turn marketing into a steady flow of qualified leads, and track cost per lead and conversion
- Run and oversee SEO and performance campaigns for client retainers, with honest reporting
- Position Pixelrio as the go-to ad production house in Guwahati and the Northeast

Sales

- Own the day-to-day sales pipeline: outreach, discovery calls, proposals and follow-up
- Close retainer and project clients, working with the founder on key accounts and pricing
- Build repeatable sales scripts, offers and packages
- Own renewals and upsells for existing clients

Business management

- Build and run the operating system: task board, SOPs, QC process and weekly numbers review
- Plan capacity so we never sell more than we can deliver




- Track revenue, margin per client, collections and cash flow
- Hire, train and manage the first team: coordinator, SEO and performance specialist, business development executive, accounts and admin
- Manage freelancers, tools, invoicing, contracts and basic compliance with our CA
- Report to the founders weekly on numbers, risks and decisions needed
- Turn marketing into a steady flow of qualified leads, and track cost per lead and conversion
- Run and oversee SEO and performance campaigns for client retainers, with honest reporting
- Position Pixelrio as the go-to ad production house in Guwahati and the Northeast

Good to have

- Experience with video, ad or social media production workflows
- Experience managing freelancers or vendors
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing and agency contracts
- Experience with retainer-based client work
- A network of local businesses, brands or creative talent in Guwahati

Our hiring process

- Paid trial task (a small real project, such as reviewing our workflow and writing a delivery plan)
- 60 to 90 day paid trial in the role
- Founders agreement and equity discussion

Work schedule Monday to Saturday, with flexibility for shoots and client deadlines.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
