Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee overall business operations, drive operational excellence, improve profitability, and ensure effective coordination across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing operations, project execution, supply chain, procurement, financial performance, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
- Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory planning, vendor management, and logistics.
- Monitor operational expenses, project profitability, budgets, and cost optimization.
- Work closely with Finance to improve cash flow, working capital, and overall business performance.
- Lead departmental heads, establish KPIs, and drive accountability and productivity.




- Implement SOPs, MIS reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring systems.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, manage risks, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Manage key customer escalations and strengthen relationships with vendors, contractors, and business partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–13 years of relevant experience in operations management, business operations, manufacturing, or project management.
- Experience in lighting, electrical, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industries preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project execution, procurement, supply chain, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience in improving operational efficiency, profitability, and business performance.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
