- Client Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with employees of corporates having ESOP programs.
- Act as a single point of contact for ESOP participants for queries related to vesting, exercise, taxation, and sale of shares.
- Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial advisory sessions.

- ESOP Advisory & Execution

- Explain ESOP plan features, exercise processes, and related regulatory compliance.
- Assist clients in exercising stock options, handling documentation, and coordinating with finance and legal teams.
- Provide insights on ESOP financing options and facilitate transactions.

- Business Development

- Onboard new corporate accounts and strengthen relationships with HR/Finance teams.
- Drive ESOP monetization opportunities through proactive engagement and client education sessions.
- Cross-sell relevant wealth management and investment products.

- Operations & Compliance

- Ensure timely execution of client requests with adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain updated client records, documentation, and MIS reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Product) for smooth client servicing.
