- Server & Infrastructure Management:

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers in physical, virtual (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

- Manage Nutanix clusters and hyper-converged infrastructure for compute and storage.

- Cloud Administration:

- Deploy and manage workloads in AWS and Azure, including EC2, S3, VPC, Azure VMs, Storage Accounts, and Networking.

- Implement hybrid cloud strategies and migration plans.

- Performance & Availability:

- Monitor server and cloud resource performance; optimize utilization and costs.

- Implement high-availability and load-balancing solutions across on-prem and cloud.

- Security & Compliance:

- Apply security hardening measures for servers and cloud resources.

- Manage IAM roles, policies, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.





- Backup & Disaster Recovery:

- Design and maintain backup strategies for on-prem and cloud workloads.

- Conduct regular DR drills and ensure data integrity.

- Automation & Optimization:

- Develop scripts for automation (PowerShell, Bash) and leverage cloud-native automation tools.

- Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and incidents.

- Provide regular reports on system health, capacity planning, and cost optimization.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with network, security, and application teams.

- Support project deployments and troubleshoot complex issues.
