– Chief Business Officer/Country Head / Business Head – Software Products

Experience: 15–20+ years

We are seeking an entrepreneurial senior management professional to lead the marketing, sales, business development and operations of our software products business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for software products across India, with a roadmap for global expansion.
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, market penetration and brand positioning.
- Identify recent markets, customer segments, industry opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and lead high-performing sales, marketing, business development and customer success teams.
- Establish distribution channels, alliances and strategic relationships to accelerate growth.
- Own business planning, budgeting, revenue targets, profitability and overall P&L.;
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to align product development with market needs.
- Establish and manage pan-India operations, processes and performance metrics, subsequently expanding into international markets.
