Role Description The Chemistry Specialist will be responsible for delivering undergraduate-level chemistry lectures, conducting laboratory sessions, and guiding students through experiments and data analysis. Daily tasks include preparing teaching materials, designing assessments, evaluating student performance, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also involves participating in research and development activities, mentoring students in projects, and contributing to academic initiatives and departmental meetings.

The Chemistry

Specialist will ensure laboratory safety, proper use of equipment,



and adherence to institutional policies. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Chemistry with the ability to teach core and advanced concepts effectively.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret experimental data, troubleshoot laboratory issues, and support student learning.
- Proficient Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, use of instruments, and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D;), including designing experiments, documenting results, and contributing to academic projects.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for lecturing, student guidance, collaboration with colleagues, and academic documentation.
- Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching or academic mentoring experience at the college level is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow institutional guidelines, and support an inclusive, learner-centered environment.
