Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in Dwarka. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing daily menus, cooking dishes to established recipes and standards, and ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include supervising kitchen operations, managing ingredients and inventory, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, and coordinating with serving staff to ensure timely service.

The role also involves tasting and adjusting recipes, minimizing food wastage, and supporting continuous improvement of the menu based on customer feedback.



The Chef is expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the business.

Qualifications

- Strong culinary skills, including experience with Indian cuisine, menu planning, and recipe execution.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation workflows, inventory handling, and portion control.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, manage time well, and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with kitchen and serving staff.
- Prior experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, catering service, or similar food business is preferred.
- Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to delivering consistent food quality and customer satisfaction.
