We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Charging Quality function and drive quality excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction at our battery charging site.

? Key Responsibilities:

Manage quality compliance.

Monitor and drive actionable warranty-related issues.

Analyze and reduce battery charging rejection.

Address customer complaints through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Investigate premature battery failures and implement preventive measures.

Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Ensure smooth workflow and process control across the charging site.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize charging rejection and improve overall quality performance.

A quality-focused professional with solid analytical, problem-solving, team leadership, and process improvement skills, preferably with experience in battery manufacturing or charging operations.
