A Chartered Accountant (CA) with construction industry experience manages job costing, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, subcontractor billings, cash flow forecasting, and regulatory compliance (such as GST, TDS, and labor laws). They bridge high-level corporate finance and on-site project economics.

- Job Costing &
- Budgeting:

Track direct and indirect costs (labor, materials, equipment, and overheads) against project estimates to prevent cost overruns.

- Revenue Recognition: Apply percentage-of-completion or Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounting methods for long-term construction contracts.

- Subcontractor &

- Vendor Management:

Verify progress billings, manage retainage/holdbacks, reconcile vendor statements, and ensure compliance with tax deductions (like TDS/CIS).

- Cash Flow &

- Forecasting:

Monitor site-wise cash inflows and outflows, managing working capital needs across multiple active building sites.

- Financial Reporting &

- Audits:

Prepare monthly/quarterly P&L; statements by project and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.





- Risk &

- Contract Compliance:

Review construction contracts, change orders, bank guarantees, letters of credit (LC), and insurance/bonding requirements.

- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI or equivalent global body).

- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2–3 years specifically in real estate, infrastructure, or construction accounting.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep grasp of Ind AS / IFRS guidelines for construction contracts, GST/tax laws, and statutory labor compliances.

- Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or specialized construction software like Procore or CMiC) and advanced MS Excel.

- Soft Skills: Solid negotiation, cross-functional collaboration with project managers, and analytical precision

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
