- Working Capital Management

- Optimize working capital through structured monitoring of inventory, receivables, and payables.

- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, LC/BG arrangements, and fund-raising.

- Ensure healthy cash flow position to support operations and business growth.

Compliance &

- Audit Management

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, RBI, and other applicable laws.

- Lead internal audit, statutory audit, and ensure timely submission of returns and regulatory filings.

- Drive governance, transparency, and risk mitigation across the organization.

F. Risk Management

- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, regulatory, and business risks.

- Build robust risk-control mechanisms for manufacturing, supply chain, and sales operations.





- Ensure insurance coverage for assets, business risks, and liabilities.

- Provide strategic guidance to Production, Sales, SCM, HR, and Projects.

- Support new investments, capacity expansion, and technological upgrades.

- Prepare Board presentations, financial models, and MIS dashboards.

- Coordinate with investors, lenders, government bodies, auditors, and stakeholders.
