We are seeking a Central Lead Management Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients and increasing sales through effective communication and sales strategies. As a Central Lead Management Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up, and maintaining detailed records of all status.

Responsibilities

- Act as a bridge between customer and sales team.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information and coordinate for any incomplete information.

- Prepare budgetary quotes after lead matures, forward to sales team across PAN India.

- Maintain detailed records in system of all leads, including customer information, offer, and follow-up communication.

- Internal & external collaboration with agency,



lead generators and sales team, to ensure effective communication and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

- Freshers or 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with customers.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

- Knowledge of elevator and its services and operations is a plus.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
