Position: Center Manager – Skill Development Projects

Reporting To: State Head / Operations Head

Work Location: In Person

Salary: Based on Experience

1. Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Center Manager to manage the daily activities of our skill development training center. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, mobilizing candidates, maintaining training quality, managing documentation, and ensuring that project targets are achieved on time.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Center Management: Handle daily center operations, maintain infrastructure, supervise staff, and ensure smooth functioning.
- Candidate Mobilization: Connect with local colleges, communities, and organizations to identify and enroll eligible candidates. Identify potential local training centers and share expansion opportunities with the State Head.
- Training & Staff Coordination: Monitor trainers, training schedules, candidate attendance, and learning progress.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain candidate records, biometric attendance, MIS portals, and submit reports on time.
- Project Compliance: Ensure the center follows government guidelines and is prepared for inspections and audits.
- Placement Support: Coordinate with employers and the placement team to arrange interviews,



track candidate placements, and maintain employment records.
- Administration: Monitor center expenses, maintain equipment, and ensure proper use of company resources.
- Target Achievement: Work closely with the team to achieve enrollment, training completion, and placement targets

1. Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification; MBA/MSW preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in skill development, training center management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of government skill development projects such as DDU-GKY, PMKVY, and Vishwakarma is preferred.
- Valuable communication, team management, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Proficiency in the regional language, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.

1. Work Expectations

The candidate should be willing to work from the assigned training center and travel locally when required. We expect someone who takes ownership of responsibilities, works well with the team, maintains proper records, and ensures the center runs efficiently while meeting project requirements. Performance will be evaluated based on enrollment, attendance, training quality, compliance, reporting, and placement outcomes.
