⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to generate leads and build partnerships.
- Drive student admissions, lead conversion, and enrollment growth.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Lead and manage the team to achieve individual and center targets.
- Build solid relationships with colleges, students, and institutional partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

- Strong sales, negotiation,



and lead-conversion skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and business development.
- Experience in education, training, admissions, or business development is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
