SCHENGEN VISA – CASE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Schengen Visa Case Manager who can independently manage end-to-end Schengen visa applications and handle clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage Schengen visa cases from initial assessment to application submission.
- Prepare and review visa application forms, cover letters, travel itineraries, hotel bookings, travel insurance, and supporting documents.
- Assess client eligibility and identify potential refusal risks.
- Communicate with clients professionally and resolve their queries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely case processing.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Schengen visa processing.
- Strong knowledge of Schengen visa requirements and documentation.
- Ability to handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent English-speaking skills and excellent client-handling abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
