Qualifications

- Strong understanding of CargoWise or similar transport management / freight forwarding systems, including configuration, modules, and workflow setup.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations, with the ability to map operational processes to system capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting, with attention to detail and accuracy in system configurations and documentation.
- Solid technical aptitude, including working with cloud-based platforms, basic integration concepts, and testing of system changes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely, support users, and explain complex system concepts clearly.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in business systems analysis, ERP/TMS implementations, or process improvement is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, information systems, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
