About the Role

UPONLY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Capital Raise Manager to drive the company's fundraising activities through investor acquisition and sales of investment opportunities involving Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs).

This is a sales-focused role requiring the candidate to identify potential investors, generate qualified leads, pitch the company's investment opportunity, build investor relationships, and convert prospects into successful investments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business development mindset, and the ability to build a pipeline of potential investors and achieve capital-raising targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire potential investors, including High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), business owners, professionals, and other eligible investor prospects.
- Generate investor leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
- Pitch the OCD investment opportunity using company-approved presentations and information.
- Explain the investment structure, terms, tenure, applicable interest or conversion provisions, and associated risks using approved documentation.
- Convert qualified prospects into investors and contribute to the company's capital-raising targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle,



from lead generation and initial pitching to follow-ups, investor onboarding, and closure.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in sales, business development, fundraising, investor acquisition, or financial-product sales.
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify potential investors and independently generate leads.
- Confidence in pitching investment opportunities and handling investor queries.
- A target-oriented mindset with a robust focus on sales conversion and capital raised.
- Excellent follow-up, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple investor prospects and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with HNIs, investment products, debentures, or fundraising will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Compensation
- Fixed salary based on experience and suitability.
- Performance-linked bonuses and incentives based on agreed targets.
- Additional deal-linked incentives or revenue-sharing opportunities, where applicable and approved.
- ESOPs or other long-term incentive opportunities, subject to company policy and eligibility.

Pay: ₹394,000.00 - ₹590,000.00 per year
