About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Car Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our CAROSS studio in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills, operational capabilities, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily studio operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable car detailing services.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and drive sales conversions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to studio revenue growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Manage bookings, customer records, billing coordination, and daily operational reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
- Monitor studio performance and resolve customer queries or complaints.
- Maintain studio presentation, service standards, and operational discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, retail, or showroom management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.




- Ability to convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets.
- Good team coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-first approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven setting.
- Experience in automotive, car detailing, automobile showrooms, or service centres will be an added advantage.
