- Location: Remote, India
- Duration: 1 month, flexible hours, plus one weekly check-in
- Type: Unpaid internship

ABOUT EUONIA
Euonia is a preventive emotional wellbeing app for young adults in India. It helps people notice their emotions early, express themselves safely and anonymously, and feel heard through structured, supervised human conversations, so everyday stress does not quietly build up.
Euonia also works with colleges, schools, and organisations to make emotional wellbeing part of everyday life. Euonia is a wellbeing platform. It is not therapy, counselling, or a medical service.
ABOUT THE SANDBOX PROGRAMME The Euonia Sandbox is a hands-on internship for people who learn by doing. Instead of fixed tasks, you get a real product, a clear goal, and the freedom to decide how you reach it. You plan, test channels, measure what works, and improve as you go, with feedback from the Euonia team every week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand your audience and build a one-month plan to introduce Euonia to students and young adults who could benefit from it.
- Run outreach on channels you choose: Instagram and LinkedIn content, college clubs and societies, student communities, creator collaborations, referrals, and campus events.
- Create simple content (posts, reels, short talks, messages) using Euonia's brand and communication guidelines.
- Track sign-ups through your personal referral link and find out which channels work best.
- Share a short weekly update: what you tried, what worked, and what you will change.
- Submit a brief end-of-programme summary of your strategy, results, and learnings.
- Represent Euonia honestly and respectfully in every conversation.
HOW THE MONTH WORKS
- Week 1, Plan: Onboarding, brand and outreach guidelines, your referral link, and a first plan reviewed with the team.
- Week 2, Launch: Start outreach on your chosen channels and share early results.
- Week 3, Optimise: Double down on what works, drop what does not, and test one new idea.
- Week 4, Close: Final push, sign-up verification, and your end-of-programme summary.
YOUR GOAL
Each intern works towards a clear user-onboarding milestone, shared in writing before you accept the internship. Sign-ups are tracked through your referral link and verified by the Euonia team.
SUPPORT FROM EUONIA
- An onboarding session on the product, the audience, and how to talk about emotional wellbeing responsibly.
- Brand guidelines and approved messaging to build your content on.
- A personal referral link to track your results.
- Weekly check-ins and feedback on your strategy.
OUTREACH GUIDELINES
Euonia works in a sensitive space, so every intern follows these rules:
- Describe Euonia as an emotional wellbeing app. Never call it therapy, counselling, treatment, or a cure.
- Invite only people aged 18 and above. Outreach in schools or to anyone under 18 is not permitted unless formally arranged by Euonia.
- People sign up on their own through the app. Do not collect anyone's phone number, email, or personal details on Euonia's behalf.
- No spam, fake or duplicate accounts,
paid or incentivised sign-ups, or misleading claims. Sign-ups that break these rules are not counted.
- If someone tells you they are in distress, do not try to counsel them. Share the support and helpline details given at onboarding and inform the Euonia team.
- Every intern signs an internship agreement covering scope, confidentiality, and these guidelines before starting.
