Design, develop, and implement business workflows using Camunda BPM (Camunda 7/8).

Model business processes using BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards.

Develop and maintain workflow applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications.

Build process orchestration solutions in microservices and cloud-native environments.

Configure and manage Camunda Engine, Tasklist, Cockpit, Operate, and Optimize.

Perform process monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather process requirements.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support activities.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on workflow automation initiatives.

Required Skills 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in Camunda BPM.

Strong hands-on experience with Camunda 7 or Camunda 8 (Zeebe).





Expertise in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow orchestration concepts.

Robust programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP/Web Services.

Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and event-driven systems.

Experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of system integration and API management.

Preferred Skills Camunda Certification preferred.

Experience With Kafka, RabbitMQ, Or Other Messaging Platforms. Knowledge of domain-driven design and enterprise integration patterns.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or healthcare domains
