Role Description The Campus Ambassador role is a full time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-campus activities and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Campus

Ambassador will represent ZenV Quantum within colleges and universities, promoting initiatives such as ZenCube, Qudo, and related DeepTech programs to students, faculty, and campus communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and supporting campus events, info sessions, and workshops, coordinating student outreach campaigns, and sharing updates about ZenV programs through social media, email, and campus forums. The role involves building relationships with student groups and faculty, gathering feedback from learners,



and helping identify promising talent for internships, projects, and training opportunities.

The Campus

Ambassador will collaborate with ZenV’s marketing and talent teams to ensure consistent messaging, track engagement, and contribute ideas to enhance campus presence and student participation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Presentations skills to clearly articulate ZenV’s programs and engage diverse campus audiences.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotional campaigns, drive event participation, and increase brand awareness on campus.
- Candidates should possess Networking skills to build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to effectively encourage sign-ups for programs, events, and learning initiatives.
- Additional qualifications include being enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university, familiarity with technology or engineering fields, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple campus activities with minimal supervision.
- Comfort using social media, campus communication channels, and productivity tools, along with a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and talent development, will be beneficial.
