We are hiring for the role of Tele-callers for ASG Eye Hospital. This will be a on-site role based at Gurgaon.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments and queries.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to patients.
- Help patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and basic information.
- Understand patient requirements and provide the right assistance.
- Maintain basic call details and follow the defined process.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever required.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Hindi / English
- Bengali speaking will be added advantage
- Candidates with min 6 months to 3 years of experience in handling inbound and outbound calls will be preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
- Good listening skills and a polite, patient attitude.
- Comfortable working in flexible shifts & 6 days working with rotational off

Education: Graduation is must

Candidates residing in and around Gurgaon will be preferred.
