We are hiring for the role of Call Center Associate. This will be a on-site role based at Gurgaon.

Education : Any Graduate

Languages : Comfortable speaking in Hindi & English

Knowledge of Bengali will be added advantage , but not mandatory

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments and queries.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to patients.
- Help patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and basic information.
- Understand patient requirements and provide the right assistance.
- Maintain basic call details and follow the defined process.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever required.

Requirements

- Candidates with min 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer care will be preferred
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
- Positive listening skills and a polite, patient attitude.
- Comfortable working in flexible shifts with 6 days working and rotational week off.
