Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD / Layout Designer to prepare installation layouts and design drawings using building plans, rooftop measurements, photographs, and site survey information.

The selected candidate will work closely with the engineering team to prepare accurate layouts, revise drawings, and create visual presentations that help customers understand proposed energy system installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare installation layouts for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Develop 2D drawings showing proposed locations of wind turbines, solar panels, control equipment, and related components.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and presentations when required.
- Use building plans, site measurements, photographs, and survey reports to prepare layouts.
- Incorporate dimensions, specifications,



and technical instructions provided by the engineering team.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, engineering feedback, and customer requirements.
- Prepare transparent visual representations of proposed installation arrangements.
- Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and approved layouts.
- Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams to clarify drawing requirements.

Qualifications
- Diploma, Degree, or drafting qualification in a relevant discipline, or suitable CAD training.
- Freshers with AutoCAD knowledge are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D design software is an advantage.
- Ability to understand measurements, building plans, and technical instructions.
- Good visualization skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and file management.
- Willingness to learn renewable energy system layouts and design standards.

Work Environment
- Office-based position in Coimbatore.
- Training on company products, design procedures, and layout requirements will be provided.
- Candidates with relevant design or drafting experience will have an added advantage.
