Role Description The CAD Architectural and Structural Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings and models using CAD and BIM tools, based on design inputs and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering and architectural plans, creating accurate layouts, sections, elevations, and reinforcement details, and updating drawings in line with design revisions and client feedback. The role involves coordinating with engineers and architects, maintaining drawing standards and documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and project requirements.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring regular collaboration with the local project team and adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong CAD drafting skills for architectural and structural detailing, including experience with industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM tools).
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of architectural and structural concepts, building materials, construction practices, and basic understanding of relevant codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting engineering and architectural drawings, preparing layouts, sections, and reinforcement details with high accuracy.
- Candidates should possess abilities in maintaining drawing documentation, version control, and following established drafting standards and workflows.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, architects, and project managers, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience as a CAD draughtsman in structural or architectural design, will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with BIM methodologies, 3D modeling, and experience in infrastructure, oil and gas, or water and irrigation projects will be an added advantage.
