Job Summary

JHS & Associates LLP is looking for a CA-qualified candidate for the position of Internal Auditor. Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of financial records, business processes, and operational activities.
- Review internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, discrepancies, and potential risks.
- Verify financial transactions, supporting documents, and accounting records.
- Assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Assist in risk assessment and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines.




- Coordinate with clients and departments to obtain necessary audit information and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are eligible.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal control systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for audit assignments, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CA professional with a strong interest in internal auditing, risk assessment, and process improvement. The candidate should be capable of identifying discrepancies, evaluating controls, and preparing clear audit reports.
