CA Fresher - General Ledger & Intercompany Accounting

Location: Pune

We are looking for motivated CA Freshers to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role offers exposure to General Ledger accounting, month-end close activities, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist in intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and settlements.
- Support financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Analyze financial data and help resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.




- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Skills

- Robust understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Statements.
- Knowledge of General Ledger and Intercompany Accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and Power BI is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Freshers
- Strong academic record and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
