Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

- Place the schedule with the suppliers as agreed with the Strategic Sourcing and Pricing manager.

- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

- Supports all material cost reduction initiatives for the category(s).

- Ensures the PO price and other terms are same as the price and terms agreed by the Sourcing Price.

- Ensures performance tracking of suppliers on the quality and delivery parameters.

- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.





- Tracking GRN preparation and QC acceptance for procured castings.

- Provide the status of various orders to the Central Planning team.

- Assist in preparing the Procurement MIS and other reports.

- Ensure compliance of procurement processes such as Procurement planning, PR to Pay process.

- Drive Digital implementations with Suppliers.
