Key Responsibilities

Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion through outbound calls, digital outreach, campaigns, and consultative selling.

Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, including lead qualification, counselling, follow-ups, objection handling, and enrollment closure.

Understand learners’ career goals and training needs and recommend relevant SkillOrbit programs.

Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing learners to drive enrollments, referrals, and revenue growth.

Effectively communicate program value propositions, address customer queries, and resolve objections to maximize conversions.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, follow-up, and conversion records using CRM and sales management tools.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, customer experience, and conversion rates.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives.





Analyze learner feedback and campaign insights to continuously improve sales pitches, outreach strategies, messaging, and conversion performance.
