Job Summary

CS Soft Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Billing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with healthcare providers across the USA, and promoting our medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Promote medical billing, medical coding, claims processing, and RCM services to healthcare providers in the USA.
- Contact doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical practice owners to identify potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and present the company's services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with US-based healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities in the US healthcare industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
- Experience in US healthcare or medical billing sales will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of medical billing, medical coding, and RCM services is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to handle cold calls and convert prospects into clients.
- Target-driven attitude with solid follow-up and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in the USA night shift.
