: Business Development Manager – US Staffing

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in the US Staffing industry, specializing in new client acquisition, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have established industry connections and be capable of driving client acquisition with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients within the US Staffing ecosystem.
- Leverage existing relationships with Tier-1 MSPs and staffing partners, including Randstad, Kelly Services, and Magnit Global.
- Develop business relationships with implementation partners and system integrators such as TCS, Wipro, Birlasoft, and TEKsystems.
- Identify new business opportunities, build client pipelines, and convert prospects into active staffing accounts.
- Manage client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and drive long-term business growth.




- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of proven business development experience in US Staffing.
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Existing, actionable industry relationships with MSPs, implementation partners, and system integrators.
- Solid understanding of US Staffing models, vendor onboarding, MSP/VMS processes, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
