About the Role

Rapidshyp is looking for a Sales Manager B2C/D2C to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion across the D2C and e-commerce ecosystem.

The role will focus on acquiring and managing D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, online retailers, marketplace sellers, and digital-first businesses while developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new customer acquisition across D2C, e-commerce, and online businesses.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Build relationships with founders, business owners, e-commerce heads, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and position appropriate logistics/shipping solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and shipment-volume targets.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, forecasting, and CRM activities.




- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Work closely with the AGM/DGM Sales and internal teams to drive business growth and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track market trends and identify recent business opportunities.
