We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who understands the complete sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and generating leads to building relationships, negotiating, converting prospects, and driving revenue.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales

✔ Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead generation & conversion

✔ Proven ability to generate and close high-value business opportunities

✔ Strong network with Builders, Developers, Architects & Property Consultants

✔ Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to identify potential clients,



develop partnerships and convert opportunities into projects

✔ Experience in handling premium residential & commercial projects

✔ Solid understanding of sales targets, pipelines, follow-ups and revenue growth
