Humans of Globe is a global media and digital magazine platform that showcases influential leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers across industries. We connect with professionals and business leaders worldwide through editorial features, interviews, and digital media initiatives.
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Pune office and help expand our global network of business leaders and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with business owners, CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs, and senior executives through LinkedIn.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach, professional networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct email outreach and follow-up campaigns to generate business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospective clients professionally through email, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
- Present our magazine features, leadership interviews, and media opportunities to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline,
and work toward business development targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valuable English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Email marketing and professional mailing skills are compulsory, including writing business emails and managing follow-ups.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Must be willing to work full-time from our Pune office.
Experience: Candidates with relevant business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or client acquisition experience are preferred.
