Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in healthcare sales, business development, and lead generation to join our diagnostic centre team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote diagnostic tests, health packages, and related healthcare services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate clients, and other healthcare partners.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
- Generate referrals and explore new business channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable diagnostic services.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Track sales activities,



leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostic sales, hospital sales, or business development.
- Prior experience in diagnostic centre / pathology / healthcare sales will be preferred.
- Solid lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and business development activities.
- Candidates with an existing network of doctors, clinics, hospitals, or corporate clients will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
