Function:

Report to the General Manager or such other person as designated by Management. Responsible for developing business opportunities, expanding the Company's customer base, maintaining client relationships and supporting the growth of the Company's inspection, NDT and related technical services.

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Develop and implement business development strategies in line with the Company's business objectives and growth plans.

- Identify, assess and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas, petrochemical, fabrication, energy and other relevant industries.

- Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, business partners, contractors and other stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and monitor industry developments, client requirements, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

- Identify potential projects, tenders, contract opportunities and strategic partnerships relevant to the Company's services.

- Coordinate the preparation, review and submission of tenders, expressions of interest, prequalification documents, quotations and commercial proposals in collaboration with the relevant departments.

- Liaise with the Technical Manager, Operations and other relevant personnel to obtain technical, operational, manpower and resource inputs for tenders and proposals.

- Review tender requirements, submission deadlines, commercial terms and contractual conditions, and highlight relevant risks to Management.

- Prepare business proposals, presentations, company profiles and other materials required for client engagement and business development activities.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations,



negotiations and follow-ups to promote the Company's services and secure recent business.

- Maintain regular communication with clients and follow up on quotations, tender outcomes, contract awards and potential work orders.

- Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions, subject to Management's approval and delegated authority.

- Monitor contract renewals, upcoming tender opportunities and existing client requirements to support business continuity and retention.

- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, business opportunities, tender submissions, commercial correspondence and business development activities.

- Prepare periodic business development reports covering sales pipeline, tender status, potential revenue, client engagement and business performance.

- Monitor business development performance against agreed targets and recommend appropriate actions to improve results.

- Coordinate with Operations and relevant departments during client handover following contract award to ensure commercial commitments and client requirements are communicated effectively.

- Support client feedback collection and coordinate with the relevant departments on service issues that may affect client satisfaction or future business opportunities.

- Represent the Company at industry events, networking sessions, client briefings and other relevant business engagements.

- Ensure business development activities comply with Company policies, confidentiality requirements, applicable laws and ethical business practices.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management in accordance with the Company’s business requirements.
