Business Development Intern (BDI)

CareerSecure is looking for a target-driven Business Development Intern for a 2-month internship to build relationships with universities and colleges, organize workshops and career sessions, generate student leads, and drive enrollments for our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with universities, colleges, TPOs, and placement teams to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate workshops, career sessions, and student engagement activities.
- Generate, identify, and qualify potential student leads.
- Counsel students, conduct follow-ups, and convert interested prospects into program enrollments.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with colleges and placement teams.
- Manage calls, meetings, lead tracking,



and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Work towards assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates and pursuing graduates are eligible to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- MTI Versant Score of 5 or 6 only.
- A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Internship Duration: 2 Months

Working Schedule:

- 6 days working.
- Work from office.

Location: Noida Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
