Job Summary We are looking for a fresher Business Development who is interested in building a career in the IT field. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about IT products and solutions.
Role & responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and solutions. Communicate with customers and explain IT products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Conduct client meetings and product discussions.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer information and sales activities in CRM.
- Work with the technical team to understand and provide the right solution to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Stay updated on IT products,
technologies, and market trends.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech / B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology field.
- Freshers / 01 year experience.
- Solid interest in IT, technology, and IT products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT Sales and Business Development.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT products.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
