Role Description The Business Development Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Dadri. The intern will support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, assist with lead generation activities, and help maintain databases of prospects and partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to outreach campaigns.

The intern will collaborate with the business development and marketing teams, participate in client communication under guidance,



and assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups. This role offers hands-on experience in business development within a fast-paced, multi-sector environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for clear written and verbal interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead generation capabilities, including prospect identification and basic pipeline management.
- Market research skills to gather, organize, and present information on competitors, trends, and customer segments.
- Customer service skills to support relationship-building and deliver professional, responsive interactions.
- Interest in branding, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing; familiarity with digital tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Dadri, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
