Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in NOIDA, India.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and support lead generation activities through market research, networking, and outreach. The role involves engaging prospective clients, presenting suitable recruitment and talent solutions, and conducting regular follow-ups to convert leads into long-term business relationships. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, develop customized proposals, and ensure smooth account handover and ongoing account management. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to sales strategy discussions to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to negotiate, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or B2B services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
