Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Rohini. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing a qualified pipeline of prospects, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings.

The Business Development

Executive will nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Daily activities include tracking leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



monitoring market trends, and contributing to revenue growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and Account Management skills to understand client needs and manage ongoing relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in digital marketing, agency or IT services sales, and familiarity with design, development, or marketing solutions.
- Candidates should demonstrate proactive problem-solving, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office.
