We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to represent Swa in Bangalore and nearby areas, building strong relationships and expanding our footprint in the vibrant F&B; scene.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for the Bangalore territory.
- Identify, approach, and onboard current customers including cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, and distributors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and upselling opportunities.
- Plan and conduct regular market visits, product demos, and sampling activities.




- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer experience.
- Track sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to support business growth.
- Submit timely reports, expense statements, and updates on customer engagement and market feedback.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of relevant techno-commercial or sales experience in FMCG, F&B;, etc
- Educational Qualification- Bachelor's degree atleast
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with local travel within territory and nearby areas.
- Familiarity with the café, bar, and hospitality segments is a plus.
