What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment & Staffing
- Experience in client acquisition and client onboarding
- Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and LinkedIn research
- Hands-on experience with Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp outreach and cold calling
- Ability to identify and approach potential clients
- Strong ownership and target-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of lead and database management





What You’ll Do

- Generate new business opportunities
- Research and build a strong client pipeline
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls
- Understand client hiring requirements
- Manage client conversations and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into active clients
- Maintain accurate lead and client databases
