Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our services and solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with solid communication and networking skills who are confident in sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through online and offline channels
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients




- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with digital marketing, software services, IT solutions, or business consulting is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of CRM and online communication tools is preferred
